When do you need a move-in or move-out clean?

Book a move-out clean at the end of a lease or before listing a home for sale, once the space is empty. Book a move-in clean before your furniture arrives at a new place. Either way, it's the clean that makes an empty home truly move-in ready — the inside-cabinet and inside-appliance work a normal clean skips.

Move-in/move-out cleans start at $335 for a 1,000 sq ft home; the final price is based on square footage and confirmed before we arrive. Because empty homes vary widely in size and condition, we quote each one individually the same day after you send a few details online.
