Standard cleans start at $150 for a one-time visit. Recurring service costs less per clean — from $130, one flat rate whether you choose bi-weekly or monthly — because a maintained home takes less time. Your exact price scales with square footage, confirmed before we arrive.

What's not included in a standard clean

A standard clean is everyday upkeep. These are saved for a deep clean or a move-out clean:

• Deep cleaning inside appliances (oven, microwave)
• Showers
• Inside or outside of cabinets & drawers
• Full decluttering of rooms
• Moving heavy furniture

Standard clean vs. deep clean — which do I need?

A standard clean covers surfaces, dusting (including baseboards), bathrooms, kitchens, and steam-mopped floors. A deep clean adds the detail work — showers, oven and microwave interiors, cabinet fronts (outside), vents, and light switches. If your home is already kept up, a standard clean is all you need. If it's been a while, or there's visible buildup, start with a deep clean for a full reset, then switch to recurring standard visits to keep it that way for less.
